Xpress Boats and Veranda Luxury Pontoons welcome you to our 2025 dealer meeting, held August 3rd-5th at the fabulous Hot Springs Convention Center here in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

We appreciate your partnership and your commitment to attending. This two-day event provides our valued dealers an opportunity to get acquainted with new and existing Xpress and Veranda products, place stock inventory orders, enjoy fine dining, educational sessions, evening entertainment, on-the-water boat demos, and a chance to talk with best-in-class vendors. Benefits for getting involved include an opportunity to support our business, display your newest product, and further educate our dealers on its use. All of our booth space is now reserved, but we are still taking donations from all vendors. We encourage you to consider selecting one of these vital sponsorship opportunities:

We made thorough preparations to ensure your stay at Embassy Suites is comfortable and relaxing. This hotel is within walking distance of the historic downtown area and conveniently attached to our venue. Additional rooms are available close by at Hotel Hot Springs. Please note that we are not responsible for booking your hotel reservations.

We encourage all vendors to register today using the online form below to secure a place at this fantastic event. Arrive early on Sunday, August 3rd, to ensure adequate time to set up your booth inside the venue. We will open the doors to our dealers at noon. You will be able to take down your booth starting at 8 am on Tuesday, August 5th.
